Lincs Flood Defence are a highly experienced Flood Professional company. We are certified to survey and install BSI Kitemark Flood Protection products, which includes the Flood Angel range, in accordance with the requirements of the BSI Flood Protection Installation Kitemark.

Who are Flood Professionals?

Flood Professionals is the UK's first and only flood industry scheme developed in conjunction with BSI to deliver Kitemark certified flood mitigation survey and installation. The scheme was launched in late 2015 and Lincs Flood Defence was one of the first companies to be certified as a Flood Professional at the Flood Expo, London.

To become a certified Flood Professionals contractor, established and reputable local building companies undergo specialist training, designed to cover all aspects of flood defence including property survey, product specification, installation and maintenance.

Classroom assessment complemented by practical training means that once trained, all certified Flood Professionals contractors are certified to survey and install flood mitigation measures to the exacting Kitemark requirements of BSI.

A national network of certified Flood Professionals contractors guarantees you, the homeowner, a flood defence expert just where you need them - right on your doorstep.
